This natural window panel is made from a faux linen textured fabric for a cozy touch, combined with a unique fleece lining for thermal insulation to keep the warmth in during the cold seasons but still allow fresh light into your home as well. These curtains are also OEKO-TEX certified, meaning it does not contain any harmful substances or chemicals to ensure quality comfort and wellness. Machine washable for easy care; each panel is finished with rod pockets and back tabs that fit up to a 1.25 inch diameter rod. Panel is sold as a single; as show in image 2 curtain panels will need to be purchased to provide coverage for any standard size window.

Shipping Information

All  Custom Orders are processed in 4-5 weeks, Non Custom items or orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, UK, EU, and Brazil.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. French Vanilla Charm is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY NON CUSTOM ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 9-12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@Frenchvanillacharm.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns & Refunds

Return rules summary

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your Non Custom item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@Frenchvanillacharm. 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
